Luiza Woźniak, MSc, is a graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw with a degree in dietetics. As part of her speciality, she performs hydrogen-methane breath tests. Her particular interests include diet therapy for people with intestinal problems (SIBO, IBS), nutrition for children, pregnant and lactating women, as well as allergies and food intolerances. She constantly improves her professional qualifications by participating in training courses and scientific conferences. She is also the author of several articles published in journals for dietitians and nutrition professionals.
