It is a solution supporting the performance of dental procedures that your dentist considered necessary. The product has the form of a prepaid card, so it will be useful when, after a consultation, the patient receives a treatment plan for a certain estimated amount.

How to use the solution?

Payments with the funds loaded on the DENTAL 3000 Prepaid Card can be made until the funds are fully used, i.e. until the procedures for PLN 3,000 are carried out in the centre. The package can be bought online, by clicking “Add to cart” button and selecting the preferred payment method. If you want, it is also possible to pay in 0% instalments. The DENTAL 3000 Prepaid Card can be used to pay for almost all dentistry services (the only exception refers to aesthetic medicine and whitening services).

• The DENTAL 3000 Prepaid Card purchased in Medistore can be used only by one person specified in the purchase process.

Important information regarding the installment payment with P24NOW

• The purchase of the "Prepaid card DENTAL 3 000" using the P24NOW installment payment option is possible only if the buyer has a PESEL number and a Polish ID card.
• When submitting the P24NOW "Online Revolving Credit Limit Application" (Umowa o internetowy odnawialny limit kredytowy), you will be asked to accept two documents. Remember, however, that the document specifying the amount of installments and the interest rate of your limit is the "Installment Repayment Plan" ("Plan spłat ratalnych"). The document "Online Revolving Credit Limit Agreement" (Umowa o internetowy odnawialny limit kredytowy) contains general terms and conditions of granting loans - the information contained therein does not apply to the special offer of 0% installments. On page 21 of the Agreement, in the "Installment Repayment Plan" ("Plan spłat ratalnych") section, there is information that individual credit conditions are included in the "Instruction to start the Installment Repayment Plan" ("Dyspozycja uruchomienia Planu Spłat Ratalnych").
