Stages of the Hygienisation 4in1

• Ultrasonic scaling – tartar removal - Scaling is the first step of the treatment. It removes hardened plaque (tartar) using an ultrasonic scaler that emits vibrations to break down the deposits – even in hard-to-reach areas. Removing tartar reduces the risk of gum inflammation and enhances the effectiveness of the next stages.
• Teeth sandblasting – deep cleaning of surfaces and stains - During teeth sandblasting, a fine powder (such as erythritol, sodium bicarbonate, or glycine) is sprayed under pressure onto the teeth. This removes surface stains and deposits – even from spots unreachable by toothbrushes. The result? Visibly brighter, smoother teeth and a refreshed feeling in your mouth.
• Tooth polishing – smoothness and shine - Tooth polishing smooths the surfaces of your teeth, making it harder for new plaque and bacteria to accumulate. Special tools and polishing pastes are used for this step. The result is a polished look, along with a noticeable feeling of cleanliness and freshness.
• Teeth fluoridation – protection against cavities and sensitivity - To complete the procedure, a high-fluoride product is applied (as a foam, gel, or mousse). Fluoride penetrates the enamel, strengthening it and protecting against acid and bacteria. It also reduces tooth sensitivity – which is especially noticeable after tartar removal. Whether this step is necessary depends on individual needs and is always decided by the dentist.
