A paediatric endocrinologist is a doctor who has the knowledge and skills to diagnose and treat diseases of the endocrine system. Patients up to the age of 18 years are welcome for consultations.

During the consultation, the doctor:

takes a medical history and performs a physical examination; makes a diagnosis; gives medical recommendations; prescribes medications; issues referrals for tests, examinations, consultations and hospitalisation; issues sick leave.

Important information

The paediatric endocrinologist consults children up to the age of 18. The consultation lasts 15 minutes. Make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. The service can only be provided at the medical facility indicated at the time of purchase.

Paediatric endocrinologist - telemedical consultation

Paediatric endocrinologist is a specialist in diseases of the endocrine system who deals with patients from the first moments after birth until they reach adulthood. Paediatric endocrinologists deal with diagnoses and treatment of i.e. diseases of the thyroid gland, pituitary gland, adrenal glands, etc.

During a telemedical consultation, the doctor:

takes a medical history and performs a physical examination; makes a diagnosis; gives medical recommendations; prescribes medications; issues referrals for tests, examinations, consultations and hospitalisation; issues sick leave.

During a telemedical consultation, the doctor will provide any services that may be carried out remotely. However, when taking a medical history, the doctor may decide that an on-site consultation is necessary to make a definitive diagnosis and recommend the appropriate treatment.
