Osteopatia

An osteopath uses manual therapy techniques to support the body's self-healing process and restore mobility to tissues.

An osteopath can be approached with a variety of problems, including: 

• musculoskeletal dysfunctions,
• spinal pains,
• joint pains, 
• headaches and sinus pain, 
• gastrointestinal complaints. 

The goal and course of therapy depend on the individual needs of the patient. Therapy may focus, for example, on increasing range of motion, reducing pain, relieving tension or improving lymphatic drainage.

An osteopath must have the appropriate training - most often a doctor or physiotherapist who has additionally completed specialized courses. 

The duration of the visit is 45 minutes.
